Why do I need to contact the main office for an appointment? Can't I phone the clinic directly?

Invitations to the Mammography Screening Program and appointments are only handled by the main offices, as they are the only ones who receive the required information (e.g. the address from registration offices).

This is for privacy protection reasons. The main office can typically also ensure the correct timing for your invitation to the screening, e.g. even if you have moved.
