Why can't I have the informational consultation immediately before the examination?

The examination is performed by qualified, trained x-ray technicians, a physician is typically not present. The timing of the consultation should further allow you to make a deliberate decision for or against participating in the breast cancer screening. This is why the information consultation will not be immediately before the examination.
